About Us

Sopanam is a media wing of Purnam.

We are a dedicated team of volunteers living in Auroville and Pondicherry, India. We have been working on these projects since 2009 and immensely enjoyed making these videos as a part of our sadhana. Formally we are part of the Purnam Community of Auroville.

We hope these videos help the Integral Yoga community worldwide.
